Hello. I recently moved to Melbourne and have been walking everywhere. We didn't have the internet, which I was normally always on, so I did other things. I ended up walking to the shopping centre quite often, which is a 2.5k trip there, and then a 2.5k trip back. I'm actually underweight, just by a bit, even though I do eat all my meals.
On Thursday, my legs and feet were hurting a lot. I could feel pins and needles and also numbness. I've never felt such pain in my life! But I still had to walk the trip home. After I got home, I noticed that the top of my right foot was numb to touch. I can still move it, and it has feeling, it's just slightly numb. It's still numb. I did go to the shopping centre despite the numbness yesterday. I'm just wondering if this is normal because I never use to exercise, or if it's because I'm underweight, or something else?
Thanks in advance,
Zoee.
