Fainting

I am 18 years old, and i keep fainting. I first fainted in the shower after not having anything to eat or drink all day, which i know is my fault. However, i have continued to faint every day since which has been about 10 days in a row. I had paramedics called out to me and had tests done like blood, egg and blood pressure. My blood was fine, i have a very fast blood rate and low blood pressure. Before i faint, my heart starts to race and first aiders have counted my pulse and has come to 114 per minute. I can feel my heart rate pulsing really fast before i faint, and i also get very clammy hands. My friends have also said that before i go i start to shake and i am in my own 'little world' and then whilst I'm out my eyes are in the back of my head and I'm shaking uncontrollably. After i come around, i will continue to shake but i will be having like muscle spasms and does not stop for about 30 mins, after this time i come around and i feel fine. I have had to have risk assessments done on me in college and my place of work, i am not aloud to complete vital hours at work experience and i also get sent home from college every day. I really want to know whats happening? Any help please :)

Go to doctor! I didn't see you put that you had. You could be having seizures, very bad anxiety attacks.  Anything go let them do a CAT scan or MRI

Have you been diagnosed with thyroid problem if you haven't get it checked out with your doctor as that can be related to your condition but there is one thing that it could be that you are having mini fits and need to see a specialist in hospital

You need a neurological consult in addition to seeing your primary care physician. The "zoning out" is characteristic of a petit mal siezure. In addition ask for a "flicker test", which involves exposing you to various flickering lights.

I was asking because your symptoms sound like you have hypoglycemia or mineral/vitamin deficiency.

Did they also measure your blood sugar levels?

You really need an in-person look-see. That being said, your condition is typical of simple dehydration, usually coupled with a bit of anemia, which young ladies are prone to. I don't believe this is something that cannot be corrected, but you need to get a primary care physician to make an evaluatrion and follow their advice.
