Groin lump, no energy or appetite

Being a mother of two and being relatively young (29) I'm in reasonably good health.
But over the last week I've been so exhausted, much more than usual. 4 days ago I noticed a small lump in my groin area that appeared overnight and isn't painful at all. I've had no appetite at all for about the last 3 days and my tiredness is so full on and I struggle to rest with my two little ones.
Am I just overtired and maybe a virus or is it worse?
Worried !

Thanks for your comment, been feeling a bit better today with a bit more energy and appetite. The lump has gone down about 50% compared to two days ago. Still tired but feeling a bit better. I'll see how it's going over the weekend and if it hasn't gone down and there's no improve ill book a doctors appointment.
I remember a few years back I had a simlar lump in my underarm and doctor said it was due to infection so.
Thanks :)
