How do I recover from post masterbation effects?

I am 19 now and I used to masterbate in my teens(16-18). I have developed several side effects due to over masterbation like acne, sunken eyes, bony wrists, hair loss etc. How do I recover from the above stated problems.

Hello~To my knowledge, masturbation does NOT cause these symptoms or issues. I would see your physician regarding them as they may be due to hormonal issues, thyroid or other problems.

Masturbation doesn't cause any of those things.

If you have acne, that could be due to hormonal changes (you're still a teenager), or needing to improve skin care. If it's bad, see a dermatologist. If you have bone loss and hair loss, sunken eyes, and other symptoms, see your doctor. That could also be a hormone issue, nutritional deficiencies, but could also indicate some other serious issues, none of which have a thing to do with masturbation.

Please see your doctor soon. You don't even need to mention masturbation, as it's not a cause of anything harmful. Certain religions and cultures like you to believe this is so, and it may be a sin in your religion, but medically speaking, it causes no harm.
