How long is safe time between taking duloxetine and NSDI?

Hello,
If anyone can help me with my question, I've done a lot google search, but can't find my answer.

I'm almost 8 month on Duloxetine and now I have a lot of pain in my sholder because of injure that need NSDI medications. I've read that combining Duloxetine and NSDI medications can lead to upper GI bleeding but every article that I read it says that this situation can occur when taking two medications AT SAME time.  I've also read that when duloxetine is taken it left the body approximately 50 percent in first 8 to 12 hours.

My question is when not taken together at some time, how long is safe time between taking Duloxetine and taking NSDI medications?

Thank you in advance for your opinions.

Hello~I would ask your pharmacist, they are highly trained in the uses and adverse reactions to drugs.  I also did some research and could not find any definitive answers. I would say that probably at least 12 hours apart, but again, your best answer will come from a professional such as your pharmacist.
