I have a bizarre sensation when tilting my head forward.

The sensation starts above my knee about 2cm under skin of my inner thigh. It feels like i have two rubber tubes inside each other and the inner one is attached to my neck somehow and pulls up when i put my chin on my chest. As it is pulling up it feels like a grip and realease grip and release like when you rub a balloon sometimes.the sensation has only been happening for a week. I have tight shoulder/neck region but no more than usual. sometimes the last three fingers on my hand go tingly especially when i touch them. Have also been getting leg and toe cramps i do have an underactive thyroid i am off meds as couldnt afford doctor visit.

Hi everyone turns  out I have Myelopathy and had to have surgery to fix it. I had a posterior Laminectomy done at C5-c6. I had bone spurs pushing into my spinal chord which is what was causing the sensation

I don't think you are weird, but possibly, having an MRI might help, to see if there is anything going on that could be causing this.

Sounds like punched nerves or very tight muscles. Possibly a chiropractor might be able to help.

You know, that's interesting.  I heard an orthopedic doctor describe the human body as having a giant rubber band from head to toe.  https://www.aans.org/Patients/Neurosurgical-Conditions-and-Treatments/Anatomy-of-the-Spine-and-Peripheral-Nervous-System Do you do any stretching?
