I have a small yellow patch on my upper left arm, what could it possibly be?

I am 20 years old and noticed the sudden appearance of a small yellowish patch on my upper left arm. I have no other symptoms and my eyes are completely clear (I know yellow eyes would be a sign of Jaundice). Right now, I am focusing on exercising, eating healthy, and completely avoiding toxins or any substances. Are there any suggestions as to what may be causing this or whether I should be worried?

Hello~Kudos on eating right, exercising and avoiding toxic substances.

Sometimes yellowish patches are due to a bruise, have you maybe hit your arm on something but did not realize it?  I would give it a few more days to a week, if it is still there or spreads, then it might not be a bad idea to see your GP.
