I have a weird pimple/rash looking lump on my mons pubis area (I'm a guy)

Hello about 3 days ago I found a weird shaped lump on the skin in my mons pubis kinda like a rash. It looks dark inside like an ingrown hair but it did not have a tip. I accidently popped it today and no puss came out or hair just blood. I just moved to Sacramento so I do not have a doctor that accept medical cal yet that's why I'm looking online. Dont have money, because im a college student still looking for a job. Please help me answer my question. I do have pictures of it.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Sorry for your situation, does it hurt?  Seeing a doctor is always best and some gladly accept cash pay and adjust prices accordingly.  https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/ss/slideshow-below-the-belt  It could be a cyst from your description which are common and harmless.  However, it is not recommended that you pick it as it can get infected.  Now I'd wait and see and watch.  Don't touch it anymore.  If it becomes painful, gets hot or forms a lot of pus, you"ll need to make sure it is not infected.  Soaking in a hot bath often aids in taking care of a cyst and some go away all on their own for the future.  Let us know how it goes!

Try warm/hot wet compresses. Keep the area dry when don't have the moist compress on, and keep the area clean.

Hello~Keep a watch on it, if it looks like it is getting infected, then see a GP. Keep the area clean and by all means, don't touch it anymore.
