I want to know more details on MRI result

I had visited a Hospital because of back pain and the doctor prescribed for MRI scan.
Please find the Result Below:

Imaging Study: Lumbar Spine MRI

Technique: Routine lumbar MRI without IV gadolinium

Finding:
The vertebral heights and signal intensity are within normal limits.
There is straightening of the lumbar spine related to the muscular Spasm.
The conus medullaris ends at the level of L1 and appears unremarkable.

L1-L2 Disk : Unremarkable
L2-L3 Disk Unremarkable
L3-L4 Disck:Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and bilateral facet joints osteoarthrosis.

L4-L5 Disck:disck prolapse causing flattening of the anterior thecal sac and bilateral neuroforminal narrowing with indentation of bothe exiting L4 nerve roots. Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and bilateral facet joints osteoarthrosis.

L5-S1 disk: disk prolapse causing bilateral neuroforminal  narrowing with indentation of bothe exiting L5 nerve roots. Ligamentum flavumhypertrophy and bilateral facet joints osteoarthrosis.

Conclusion:
L4-L5 and L5-S1 lumbar spine disk disease as described above
Straightening of the lumbar spine due to diffuse muscular spam.

Okay, what medications?  Have you started taking them?  Avoiding triggers is important.

So, a lot of the results say normal or unremarkable.  You may have a disk issue and muscle spasms.  What did the doctor recommend as your next step?
