IOL movement in eye

I had cataract surgery Dec 2012-when I look around it looks like my iol is moving about.  My doctor said it can't, it has hooks.  When my son looked at me today in sunlight he said my lens was quivering-vibrating.
I called the doctor, his assistant said thats normal, and can I still see?  I said yes  I can still see.
What is causing this?  At times I feel like I'm seeing the edge of the lens.
All of these systomes to me are what I have experinced with my GP lens.  I did not expect this with an iol.
Should I go see another doctor?
