Year long pain in inner thigh

Hi!

I'm a 28 yo male, and I've been having a sort of stabbing pain in my right inner thigh for the better part of a year now. I couldn't really say how it started, it just sort of 'is'. When I sit or stand or walk I feel nothing wrong, but when I'm standing up I can feel it and sometimes it's so bad that it really makes it difficult to stand up. It is most pronounced when I try to massage it. Then the pain can be so bad that my whole body just spasms from it. It feels like muscle pain but I don't understand why it won't go away. I don't do regular exercise, but when I do it still doesn't feel better afterwards.

Hello,

First, try to take a good mult-mineral supplement, you could be low in calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Second, see a chiropractor, he/she can check for misplace vertebrae in your lower back, this could be the cause of the pain you are having.
