Is it a swollen lymph nodes?

I had sore throat for over a week and some sort of pain in wisdom tooth.

I was lying on my right side and when I swallowed my salvia in hard way, I felt a lump. More like a rock. I'm wondering if it's a swollen lymph node or anything else. I don't feel anything when I press that area neither see anything.

It could be tooth related. It's not unusual for teeth to give women problems during pregnancy because the hormones soften the gums or something like that. Did you keep up on all your dental visits then? Could you get in to see a dentist now?
