Is my bloodwork concerning? (high A/G ratio)

I got routine bloodwork and most was normal except:

A/G ratio was slightly high, 2.6 (Albumin, 4.9 and Globulin, 1.9 were normal).

Red blood count was slightly high (5.57)

Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) slightly high (21 mg/dL) -- normal range is 6-20 mg/dL

Hello~I think this question would best be answered by your prescribing physician. I would say however, if he/she were concerned, they would probably have contacted you and told you.
