It hasn’t improved at all and I’m starting to worry

I’m a 5ft 10 32 year old white male weighing 12st 7lb and living in the U.K. For over a week now I’ve been suffering with constipation, constant light headedness, a constant nausea in my stomach, occasional dizzy spells and my skin gets very hot a few minutes then I cool down. It’s really hard to get a doctors appointment in the u.k at the moment can someone please tell me what’s wrong with me and how to feel better. I tried laxative and was able to move some feces but I don’t feel any better (in fact I feel worse)

Hello~It almost sounds like you have an impacted bowel, if that is the case, the laxatives will make you feel worse as the stool is trying to move but can't due to blockage. I would certainly try to see a doctor, tell the receptionist that this is an emergency and your symptoms because if this is the case, it can develop into a very serious matter.

The laxatives did work, I moved some feces but I don’t feel any better
You stated you moved some, well, even with a partial impaction, that can happen, but, you still may be impacted. I would certainly contact your GP and let them know.
