I've got the fat blues

hi im just wondering, over the most couple of months my weight struck from a size 8 to 12-14. I feel so low about it right now, and because of my drop of confidance Ive even been turning to food. Im only 17 and i dont think my body will ever be the same again. i just need some assurance as to whether it will or not and for someone to give me some advice to stop feelling so low and lose weight.

Jessie, although my weight issues were from age 30-60, I have started a low carb, high protein diet and have lost over 15 pounds in about 2-3 months.  Eat low fat and not fried but baked, broiled, or skillet chicken with good oils like Grapeseed, lean beef and pork, stop potatoes for a month, eat lots of green vegs and good dark green salads.  I use
Stevia for sweetening when I have to have it..it is natural.  No COLAS for a while or ever.  Diet Colas are the worst for you!  Drink lots of water and lemonade.  Use Nuts for snacks, especially Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans and some carrots and things like that....but the nuts kept me from craving sugar.  My sister has had long term weight issues from childhood.  She finally at age 60 had Lap-Band and lost some, but can't live with the no ever soda and choking, so she had her band loosened...at your age, I wouldn't consider anything that extreme.  Good to you and let me know if I can help again!  In Christ, Mary
