I recently was on a car ride that was about six hours long with a box on my lap. I was asleep for about five of the six hours of the car ride and when I woke up my legs were a bit numb. Once I left the car, I could move my legs fine but felt pain in my legs, especially in my left leg. I was wondering if any irreversible damage might have been done to my legs as a result of this incident and I should go to a hospital. I can move my legs but the pain worries me. Thank you for taking the time to read this question.
