Lower back pain

I’m a 22 year old female. It all started when i sat on the floor for around 5-7 hours to make my semester project. Its been a month, the pain has shifted from my lower back to the left butt and it HURTS SO BAD when i sit for longer hours or when I’m about to sleep! Please help >.<

Hello~You could have some misplaced vertebrae in your spine, seeing a chiropractor would probably be beneficial as they specialize in back and neck pain. He/she will take some x-rays, study them, and then discuss the results with you and the plan of action. After a few treatments, you should start to feel better.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thank you for the question. We always encourage people to get checked out by their doctor.  I would suspect from your description that you have sciatica at this time. That's a pinched nerve. Heat, ice and stretching normally can resolve this.  https://www.healthline.com/health/lower-back-pain-left-side-above-buttocks
