Lower right abdomen and side pain

I’ve been having this pain for YEARS and no doctors have been able to give me a definitive answer. I’ve had my gallbladder removed, several CT scans, sonograms, and X-rays and still nothing, and it’s getting worse. Since 11/6, around 5PM i begin to experience a quite deal of pain in my side and lower abdomen. In the past, I’ve been able to lay or sit down and the pain begins to subside. However, recently this is not the case. The pain appears to be a little worse when i lay down, even after deep breathing exercises. It’s only on my right side.  Please help!!!

Any GI symptoms? I have ibs and have frequent pain in that area, something about where the small and large intestine meet. Thought my appendix was ruptured before I had a diagnosis.
