My mother's pregnancy

My mother is in her early 40's and is pregnant. She recently went to the doctor and we do not understand her report, the doctor told her to rest, to lay and no heavy lifting. The report concludes "seven-week, two- day intrauterine gestation without heartbeat motion." We are very worry since in the beginning she was spotting a bit and not feeling well. Please if anyone could help us understand "Seven-week, Two-day intrauterine gestation without heartbeat motion." we fear of a miscarriage.

That means that she is believed to be a 7 weeks and 2 days and still have not detected a heartbeat or any movement of the fetus. If she is still feeling bad she needs to call the dr back and get in to be seen.
