Normal for genital warts to become enlarged Following Liquid nitrogen treatment?

I received my first treatment yesterday and some of the warts appear larger and I was wondering if that was normal. There's no pain, but I'm just curious if I need to be alarmed

Hello~I agree with Sara, it is best to call your physician and ask his/her opinion.

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums. We thank you for your question.  Did you see a doctor to have this done?  Most sources  urge people to not treat this themselves at home with liquid nitrogen products.   If you did, I'm sure you wouldn't be the first but you do need to call your doctor about the appearance of them now.  If it was done at a doctor's office, again, it is best to check in to discuss the way they are changing in appearance. https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/what-is-cryotherapy-for-warts#1  However, I think what you are describing is the usual blister that appears after freezing which eventually falls off.

Here is some information on treatment for genital warts https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/genital-warts/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20355240.

Let us know how you are doing.
