Painful lymph nodes?

Ever since I got ill in September, it took until December for me to start suffering from pains in my lymph nodes, under my chin, under my arms, behind my ears. I don't think they are swollen as the doctor checked them a couple weeks ago. I wouldn't worry if it was pain alone, but the daily fatigue makes me wonder if it is something serious?. 2 rounds of fbc came back normal, was also checked for mumps and glandular fever, again came back normal few weeks ago. The right lymph node under my chin was very painful last night but now affects all down to my shoulder and down my arm, thyroid also came back normal. It's like it's affecting the bones in my body, my breast and chest is also painful. I get pressure dort of pains which the doctor doesn't think is serious?. I'm extremely worried about this now, I need answers!
