Passing out, tingling feet and hands in shower etc.

Age;15

When taking showers my feet and hands tend to tingle to the point where it is super uncomfortable to bathe or shower.
I also tend to always be cold when its not likely in the situation and after showers i get really dizzy and black out.

Some other sympotoms for me are

Weak muscles  (even after a great rest i find it difficult to make a fist or even just stand still

Acheing heart ( im not sure how to explain this but it happens when i try to sleep.

CONSTANTLY SLEEPING im a teenager and i know we sleep a lot but i have been sleeping for atleast 15-16 hours a day. During school classes, after school, during lunch etc.

Im not sure if this is normal or not so please advise me on what to do.

It's very important that you get examined by your doctor. Your health issues need to be checked out. Make sure to tell your parents.

You might want to get vitamins and minerals tested.

You could be low in Ferritin (iron storage). You can have normal hemoglobin but low ferritin.

Checking Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 is a good idea.

My daughter felt sick in the shower. Dizzy, chest felt weird. She was dehydrated. Sometimes I'll make her drink a glass of water with a pinch of Celtic Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt. They both have some minerals in them. You can add a squeeze of lemon in it too.

Make sure you're drinking enough water. You need to keep your electrolytes balances. That's your sodium, magnesium, potassium.
