Please Help asap! Foot Injury Question!!!!

Hello, this is a Foot Injury question, i need medical injury advise, can a professional or someone knowledgeable help me diagnose this? (i am not sure where i should have put this question.)

I'm in extreme pain, my foot feels numb right now, and my doctor cannot tell whats wrong with it and the x ray did not show anything.
I need to figure out what is wrong with my foot in order to heal it properly. For example, cast, physio, or what? I can't flex it upwards, rest it against something, or relax it because the pressure and pain is all the same.

The cause was blunt force on the bottom arch of my foot (i kicked a hard surface accidentally).

I have gotten x rays and it showed up that it is not broken or fractured. The doctor wouldn't tell me anything else, but gave me crutches and expected it would be better in a few days, but it is not better after a week.

The pain is located on the bottom arch, and also throughout the top, sometimes extending towards the ankle. It is an uncomfortable pain mainly in the arch that feels like my foot is being ripped apart slowly, or something strong is constantly pushing painfully upwards in the arch by an invisible constant pressure.
It is a strong painful pressure i have never felt before in extreme bruises so i don't think its bruised. There is no actual colour of surface bruises.

I was unable to move my toes and walk for a week because any pressure was excruciating, but i am now able to walk on just a flat foot. I can put pressure on it now, but can't bend my foot. There are sharp pains if i bend even a little. The sharp pains are different than the immense pressure feeling. After walking a bit today it feels creepily numb and tingly and the pressure is getting more immense. I am worried about the numb feeling.
It doesn't look swollen.
I have researched all over and cannot understand what might be injured in my foot. I have no idea what ligaments and tendons feel like so i don't know. I have taken lots of rest, but i'm not sure if i need to do anything else to help it recover. The pressure gets bad even when i have my foot lifted up and relaxed, and even the pressure flexing or relaxing my foot creates is bad. Should i have it in a cast? I don't think it is fractured because i can put weight on it now without the excruciating pain that used to be, i just take the toll of the horrible pressure feeling afterwards.

Things i have tried: x ray the day it happened, rest, elevation, ice, crutches, and marathons of movies. Today it felt a bit better (i was ecstatic) so i walked on it for a bit, now its horrible again.

Thank you. (i know its vague info to go by without examining my foot, but perhaps you know these symptoms and what the injury is, or what else i can do to soothe the pressure, i appreciate any advice.)

Thank you all for the advice, it is greatly appreciated. i went to a specialist and he said the tendons were probably ripped or inflamed, but i guess with a foot injury you can never know what tissue damage is damaged.
well it is now sept 27th and i can lightly walk now, so whatever it is, it is healing slowly. i'm planning to start physio, because i trust my physiotherapist will know how long it will take until i can get back into sports.
Thanks for responding, i know you may not check all the answers you respond to, but if you do, know that i appreciate it.

I beg to differ with you  no guarantee with any medical intervention but this is not quackery

The use of a laser has no scientific justification. It is quackery.

Pain develops because of nerve impingement. Generally an anti-inflammatory is necessary to calm down the area of inflammation. Almost always time is the healer.

An x-ray will not show much. A "3T" MRI would be useful for a definitive diagnosis.

Unfortunately podiatrists usually do not have such equipment available.

En EMG (electromyelograph) will help define exactly what nerves are impinged.

These injuries almost always clear up over time. I say "almost".

You have my sympathies.

I would see a specialist as soon as possible, preferably a podiatrist and maybe also a neurologist.
