Random pain, brain fog, increased sensitivity to cold, could this be a problem?

Hi there. I'm a 17 year old female who recently started to feel worse. I've been having random pain for years now (as a child as well), but it is starting to get a bit worse, especially in the torso. It doesn't feel like a run of the mill stomach ache, but it also isn't staying on one side. It comes and goes in different sections of my torso, and yesterday I had an extremely sharp, but short pain around where my diaphragm is. I've also notice that I am losing my focus more easily and getting light headed. My vision is also doing something weird as I'm getting strips of color in small dots... almost like static, especially if I'm not in direct sunlight. I get the occasional black squiggle that moves and disappears when I shift my head if I look at one spot for a while.
I'm sorry, I know this is a lot, but I'm concerned and nervous about going to see anyone about it.

I'm wondering why you are concerned and nervous about going to a doctor about these symptoms?
