SGPT ALT Liver Enzyme Concern

I recently did a complete blood check-up and following were my results
SGPT/ALT = 53.7 HIGH (AS NORMAL RANGE IS 0-41)
SGOT/AST = 25.5 NORMAL
BILIRUBIN-DIRECT = 0.22 NORMAL
BILIRUBIN-TOTAL = 0.52 NORMAL
TOTAL PROTEIN= 7.71 NORMAL
ALBUMIN = 4.8 NORMAL
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE = 58.39 NORMAL
URIC ACID = 6.99 BORDER LINE (AS NORMAL IS 0-7)
I am mainly concerned about SGPT/ALT liver enzyme which is higher. Should I be concerned ? I am healthy person in general, I weigh 160 pound and consume around 140g protein per day. I work out 4 days a week as well. Please advise.
