Several symptoms, temporal arteritis dismissed

For the last 5/6 weeks I've been unwell, I've had elevated liver enzymes, spasms around my left ear and temple, generally very tired, pain in my thighs, ribs and neck, blurry eyes and nausea. As my immune system has been lower I've had several infections, was put on antibiotics three weeks ago and developed genital warts too.
I ended up in a&e a week ago due to severe spasms on the left side of my head and nausea, they ruled out temporal arteritis from a blood test and sent me home.
I am normally very active and healthy and this has floored me with no answers either. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
