Shortness of Breath/Shoulder Pain

Hi I'm 23 years old. After a night of drinking I vomited for a good 10 minutes. The next morning I suffered from shortness of breath and shoulder pain when trying to take a deep breath. Its been 3 days now and I think it's getting a little better. Should I be concerned? Or is this likely a pulled muscle or something that only time will fix. Thanks.

If you were drinking hard liquor that your body isnt used to then it will be short of breathe that alchohol withdrawls and you could have pulled something while drunk. sometimes if you have shoulder pains and stomach pains then go have your appendix xhecked the pain reffers to the shoulder as well as the stomach

Its probably from the drinking...did you happen to get crazy or overexert yourself when you were drinking?  When you are partying, you tend to be more active:  dancing, jumping, etc.  And just like too much exercise can make your muscles sore, you can be sore after a night of acting like that.  Vomiting does not help, because you use a lot of muscles to vomit.  Take some Tylenol and rest...chalk it up to the pains of drinking!
