Stomach pain, upper back pain, black and tar look of stool

I have moments of Stomach pain in what appears to be the top of my stomach, also it is usually accompanied with upper back pain. Also needing to go to the bathroom frequently to pass stool, often times it's almost like constipation and other times it's like diarrhea, and most of the time my stool is black and has what appears to be mucus, I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with stomach pain and cramps. and i do not know if this is related or unrelated but also i have noticed sometimes when i am urinating a sticky clear substance is in my urine.
i am a 20 year old male, overweight. what could be wrong? it seems to come and go. this has been going on for quite sometime. thanks for any and all advice
also i can feel and see my heart beat through my stomach

Hello~I highly suggest that you see a doctor as soon as possible. The black color has me concerned as it means dead blood in the  which can indicate cancer.

You need to see a Dr right away. Anytime your stool is black, it is important to get seen. A gastric bleed can start off slowly and cause constipation and black tarry stool. If you wait too long, it could become a medical emergency. Abdominal pain that migrates to the back is a symptom of several maladies, including an ulcer. See a Dr. Unless the pain is intense and does not go away, you should be OK at an urgent care service. If it is intense and stays, you should go to the ER.
