Strange Spots Appearing On My Back

Hello - Some strange spots have appeared on the lower right side of my back. I don't believe they have blistered,, but they feel painful to touch. I am also feeling some discomfort in the front of my stomach, the skin almost feels like sunburn.

I noticed this issue after boxing where I had been repeatedly in this section of the body, so I am unsure if this is a strange coincidence.

This picture was taken today, 3 days after I first noticed the issue. The lumbs have now reduce in height by 75%.

The link didn't work for me, but I would highly suggest that you see your physician regarding this issue. It if is shingles, then they need to be taken care of.

The link is working again now. The pharmacy said the same, heading to the doctor now. It's day four since I noticed the rash. If I hadn't touched it, I wouldn't even know there was an issue. Is that normal with shingles? From everything I have seen, the pain is quite noticeable.
I compared your photo with Shingle photos, it doesn't really look like them, but then again, it could be. I am glad you are seeing your GP. Yes, the pain is usually very noticeable.  Please let us know what the doctor says.

Have you ever had chicken pox? If so, this could be shingles. Take a look at google images for shingles.  It often appears on the torso, but may also appear elsewhere.  If you think this is a possibility, you should see a doctor ASAP.  There's no cure, but there are meds that can shorten the course and severity.

Yes, I did have chicken pox when I was a child. I checked Google but all the images seem to be extreme cases and it is hard to tell as mine have never blistered. If it is going down, is that the end of the outbreak or will it be getting even worse over time?
It isn't possible to predict the course/duration of shingles.  It could be a mild case, or it could be something else entirely, but it looked a lot like shingles - especially given the location  - from your photo.
