Thyroid Problems?

I've been feeling very tired for a long time (years). First I thought it was a demanding job, but then I quit and still feel very tired all the time. Here in my country medical care is expensive and not so great so I decided to just walk in a lab and get a test done myself. The result was: (TSH) 4.56 μUI/mL. It said it is abnormal, but that's it. I am on the pill (Belara) so I wonder if it could have possibly affected the result.
Should I worry? do you recommend me to go get another test or go directly to see a doctor (it's very expensive).

Thank you!

Go to a doctor and have a full blood count done as well as a physical examination and other things.

If you had thyroid issues they'd put you on a thyroid therapy drug and then place you off it to see if the body can compensate for itself.  I recommend talking to an endocrinologist about your thyroid issues and getting blood's taken

It probably would not hurt to see an endocrinologist and have some blood work done. I can understand that you don't want to pay the high fees, but, sometimes, a doctor is the only way to find out what is wrong.
