Tight neck that has moved to the collarbone.

Hello. About a month ago I started having a tight neck. Had blood tests and ruled out a thyroid issue. The tightness has disappeared, but it has moved to the collarbone-both pecs. It does not hurt, I can breath properly. I wonder if anyone has any idea of what it could be.

I have had tightness in this area and it was muscle tightness for me.  If you massage it does it relax at all?  Does ibuprofen or Tylenol help?  Have you been to your doctor since last time you wrote us
