Tired in the afternoon

Hi,
I am posting this questions in this category since I can't find the better one.

Every day, after about 3 pm in the afternoon, I feel very tired and weak, my neck is hurting a lot and eyes are feeling like they are burning. Generally, I feel like out of energy. I feel this everyday but when the evening is starting (at around 7 pm) I again feel very refreshed like in the morning and all pain is gone. I know it sounds funny, but for me it is not because I am a student and this is not good for me since I can't study and because of that I feel very demotivated. Sorry if my English is not good, looking for some good advice so I can stop this tiredness! Thanks!

Check you vitamin D, RBC Nagnesium, Vitamin B12 levels.

You could also be having issues with your adrenals.

There are 2 conditions that come to mind that could be causing your problems. Nutcracker Syndrome and May-Thurner Syndrome and they often happen together. Either or both will cause extreme fatigue and many other problems. Do you have any other symptoms? I have May-Thurner and can tell you doctors almost always miss these common but rarely diagnosed conditions. Hope this helps and feel free to private message me if you have any questions.

Wow Johnny! That was amazing to pull that out from those symptoms but they are spot on for me and I have just been diagnosed last week with both. I noticed how tired I was before I got the crazy back pain that goes with these two. Do you have both of them?
