Trying to find someome to explain the following in layman terms

Right extreme capsula lacunar infarct, no associated mass effect or edema.
Calcified granuloma in the right middle cerebellar peduncle, likely previous insult.
Bilateral terminal ICA arteriosclerosis.
No other intra or extra axial focal lesions/fluid collections/hemorrhage/edema.
No midline shift. No hydrocephalus.
No abnormal enhancement/dural venous sinus thrombosis.
Ventrides and cisterns are normal and patent.
Sella- & suprasellar region, cavernous sinuses, craniocervical juction are normal.
Mucous retention cyst in the right maxillary sinus. Mild mucosal thickening of the left maxillary sinus.
Small defect of the lamina papyracea on the left, with no herniation of the medial rectus muscle.
Opacification and sderosis of the inferior mastoid air cells on the right, suggestive of chronic mastoiditis - to be correlated clinically.
Skull is normal.
Bilateral orbits, globes and optic nerves normal.

Wow, I am sorry, but I don't understand this at all, did you by any chance have an MRI or view of your skull? I would ask your physician to explain it to you and when he does, we would love to know what it means as well.
