Twitch in right cheek

I've had a twitch in my right cheek since childhood because of a sporting injury where I was hit by a ball. This twitch does occur randomly but also when I blink/ squint. The right cheek jolts up a bit and it is very noticeable and embarrassing. I'm not a specialist, but I just think that it is a torn muscle that needs to be removed. Can any professional suggest what I could do to get rid of the twitch?

I would've made same suggestions as Caryopteris.

I think it is a damaged nerve, actually.  Supposedly there is no cure, but I would try B12, magnesium and vitamin D.

Thank you very much!
Do you think there is still a chance for it to heal given I try those supplements?
