Unexplained Experience - Need help

I put this in general health, simply because I dont know what this might be at all.

I dont have insurance or any money, thats why I come here for advice instead of the Dr.

Yesterday when I woke up I had a huge hurge to vomit, I did and it went away fast, but I felt sick all day, just sickly no real sympoms I could point to. Then last night I had to urinate. I went to the bathroom to do so, and while peeing the vomiting feeling came back. However, before I could vommit my head became foggy (dizzy, blacking out, etc). My body began to shake un controllably, my whole body. I felt as if I was about to fall, I grabbed onto the counter and doorknob to stop myself. Then all of a sudden it stopped and I felt fine the sick feeling, the shaking, the dizzyness all subsided at once. What was it? Should I go to the Dr anyway, or wait until it happens again if it does? I just dont know what to do.

I am not on any medication, I take multi vitamins daily. I had a gastric bypass in 2004, I went from 365lbs to 180lbs, in almost 8 months. My weight has stayed around 180-200lbs since then. I have been diagnosed with PTSD, Major Depressions, General anxiety, and dependant personality disorder. I have been on lexipro and other depression and anxiety meds, caludipin and other benzios. I use to be an alcholic, but havent drunk a sip in over 6 months. I also had an addiction to cocaine for about a year, but havent used that any other street drugs in almost 3 years.

I do completely understand that it's the "last thing you should do", however, I've been without health insurance most my life and I know that just thinking of going to the ER without it can all but bring on a panic attack when you think about it financially. I posted my response because regardless of whether or not they're told to go to the ER they very well may not. So I gave them an idea of what they can do should they decide not to go to the ER. I realize that there are many things that could be more serious, but I also realize that people without health insurance will make unwise decisions regarding dr. or ER visits. I myself have made several before I was able to get help through the state.

If you can get help through the state I would suggest it. Then at the least you can get a little help and perhaps get your medical issues resolved.

Respectfully, the last thing you should do is "wait till it happens again".

While it may in fact be a bleeding ulcer there are more serious possibilities.

You need an ER visit asap.

Wait till it happens again. If there is blood you may have a bleeding stomach ulcer like me. That sounds EXACTLY like what happens to me just before I puke because I've had to much of acidic foods. Try being more careful what you eat, and as SOON as it starts try drinking a glass of WHOLE milk, no other will do since they're all basically watered down. If it helps, you probably have an ulcer, perhaps not even a bleeding stomach ulcer like me, but it's still no fun and it will continue to do this periodically and randomly.

You need to go to the emergency room.

A general physician will not do. Nor will a clinic.

One of the symptoms of a developing myocardial infarction (or a silent MI) is the urge to vomit and general malaise and weakness.

One of the tests you will undergo are blood evaluation to determine if there is any damage. You require an immediate blood test for cardiac enzymes.

There are other possibilities, however if this is the etiology, failure to to have the problem addressed will likely result in a high probability of death.
