Unexplained bruising

I have random, unexplained bruises that don't hurt at all.  I know for a fact they aren't due to bumping into things or falling.  I stepped out of the shower this afternoon and had two bruises, one on each inner thigh that looked pretty similar.  What in the world could explain this?

You could be needing bio-flavonoids, if you are low in them, you will have bruises. This is a supplement that keeps your capillaries stronger, it is often used with vitamin C.
