Vibrating body all over

I recently had a "vibrating body" experience.  I did some reading on this website and saw where other people experienced vibrating symptoms, but none described them to the degree I experienced.  I had just run about 300 yards  up a hill and was quite winded when I encountered people at the top who were out for a walk and asked a lot of questions about the area and a conversation ensued.  Within a few minutes I  began tingling throughout my entire body.  It became worse to the point I felt like I was one huge vibrator.  It felt like 120 volts of electricity was passing through every inch of me and lasted about 5 minutes.  One of the persons said he used to be an EMT and said I was hyperventilating and needed to slow my breathing through a bag.  However, my breathing was not shallow or rapid, which I always associated with hyperventilation.  I lay down and breathed in and out of a bag until the sensation began to pass.  In all it may have been 15 minutes before it was entirely gone and I got up.  The experience left me weak.  I am 50 years old and not overweight, but I do not exercise.  I stay busy on weekends working in the yard.  Any ideas?

I would mention this incidence to your doctor, yes, it could very well have been hyperventilation or hydration, but, it is best to get something like this looked into.

I would like to share some information about some physical matters that are occuring to thousands of Americans. Many of us are being targeted with electromagnetic fields.  In order words, some person(s) are purposely subjecting every part of our bodies with electrical type frequencies. It may sound like science fiction but it's real.  One of the latest pieces of demonic trickery is to run electrical currents over my bed. So, as I was searching the internet I came across these posts.  Trust me this is only part of the story. There are many other atrocities being perpetrated by electrical based field of energy.  I knew what I was feeling and knew I wasn't crazy or physically sick.  Anyway check out the website for Freedom from covert surveillance and harassment.  So, many people are being targeting that it has become a manner of domestic terrorism.

I think the EMT may have been right because when you rested and breathed into the bag it went away.
Were you sweating? I'm wondering if maybe you got over heated.
Did you drink enough water before you took the run?
I think the best thing to do is see your Dr just to be safe. You could just call and tell them what happened. They'll let you know if you need to come in for a check up. Remar
