Vomiting stomach acid in mornings

When I was 12-17 I would vomit every morning but I equated the vomiting to overeating and late night snacks and stress. I solved my problem with healthy food and moderation and coping with stress with deep breathing and counting. I am now 19 turning 20 and my problem returned with no reason. I am not stressed, I still continue a healthy regimen of diet and exercise, I am a normal weight and have no existing disorder or disease and feel fine otherwise. It has been going on for three days now right after I wake up. I am not pregnant I'm a virgin. I was sick last week and still have congestion in my head, throat, and nose.
