Warm red pain along vein in arm - should I go to the hospital tonight?

Along the vein in my arm from wrist to elbow there is inflammation and pain. I don't feel any hardness in the vein. I got an MRI in my shoulder this morning (but the MRI dye just went in my muscle not my vein).

I will contact the dr in the morning but do I need to go to the hospital tonight? It's probably superficial thrombophlebitis.

Hello~I doubt if it is serious, I am sure the MRI tech would have been able to determine if this issue would occur, however, if it sets your mind at ease, then do go to the ER, having peace of mind is priceless.
