What could this be with all 3 problems at the same time.

I am 48 yr old woman who had total hysterectomy 7 yrs ago and went to er with pain pelvis and back and they did catscan and found bladder diverticula and free fluid next to bladder and 18 mm cyst in pelvis that they said was in my overy which I told them I had everything out 7 yrs ago and they also found a granduloma in my lung and I am a non smoker.Should I be worried that it is cancer since there is something in all three places. Thanks

A good biopsy will reveal if that is a cancer. It may also find out whether that was actually an ovary. If it turned to be ovary, you can hold your doctor..

I have heard of cases where the woman was told she had a total hysterectomy when in fact the ovaries were left. It sounds like you need to find an OB specialist. I wish I could give you more information on your lung, but I'm not sure.
