What is this white discoloration and bumps on my throat?

On one side of my throat (I have no tonsils) there seems to be white discoloration. My entire throat is very veiny (bring red and some purple) and has "throat colored" bumps all over it. There's also a little bit of a yellow tinge to them. I am a smoker so am unsure if that's where the yellow comes from. I am just curious as to what these bumps are and what the white discoloration could be.

Hello~

How are you feeling now, have they left. I would highly suggest seeing an ENT specialist if not to rule out any serious infections.

chew some fresh garlic 3 times a day for 1 week. gargle with salt water and take a spoon of Pure honey for one week. if not cure go to an ENT specialist and root out the cause and share here.
