What’s wrong with my foot?

Hi guys. I want to post a picture but it won’t let me? But I have this really big red blotch on my foot that’s been there for two years and won’t go away. I think it’s from big bits but I’m not entirely sure. I just saw today that there are tiny red dots all on top of it today and have no clue why. I’ve also discovered a large red ring on my ankle of the other foot. I don’t think it could be ringworm because it has not spread. I need some advice please!

Hello~I would see either your GP or dermatologist, it could either be a type of fungus or a bug bite that keeps reoccurring. Your doctor will be able to help more and prescribed any creams or drugs that might be needed.

You can post a picture on your profile page.  :>)  I'm thinking, though, from your description that this sounds fungal in nature.  Good times.  Athletes foot can grow on the top of your foot.  It doesn't itch at all though? Here's a medhelp doctor on a similar post saying it sounds like a 'bite' and to see a doctor.  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Dermatology/small-red-circular-rash-on-foot/show/244622.  Kind of wonder about a tic bite?  The bulls eye that comes with lyme disease is a bit slow to develop?

But it does sound also like ringworm to me. Read this and see what you think https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/what-you-should-know-about-ringworm#1

I think it's best to see the doctor at this point for an accurate diagnosis.
