Why do I have such infrequent bowel movements?

For the last couple of months I have only been dedicating once a week, twice if I'm lucky.  I drink ove rd a gallon of water, consume over 3000 calories, over 300 grams of carbs (50 of which as re fiber), 100 grams of fat, and over 200 grams of protein each day.  All of my nutrients come from food, I don't take any supplements aside from a couple of vitamins.  I'm 35, Male, 184 lbs., and do crossfit 3 to 6 times per week.

My question again, why do I deficate so infrequently?

I feel like I should at least once a day with with what I take in.

Got it!  Try the grape juice anyway.  My son ate a well balanced diet.  His digestive track is slow on its on. Grape juice was recommended specifically for this issue.  Have you ever heard of prunes for BM's? Grape juice is a tastier version of that.   I've seen it work well.

Well, how's your fiber intake?  My son has a slow digestive track.  He has had constipation his whole life. The ER gave me the tip when there with him for impaction of his bowel to drink a cup of grape juice every day. When we do this, my son is much more regular. Fresh fruit can work too.  Give the grape juice a try.

My fiber intake is high, about 50 grams per day.  I eat 3 pieces of fresh fruit every morning for breakfast, an apple, an orange, and a banana.
