blood clot question

I was sick for 14 days with walking pneumonia and have been well 7days.  Towards the end of my illness I developed an ache deep inside my upper left thigh.  Couldn't attribute it to anything, but it has stayed with me.  I just woke up and now feel an ache in my left arm, the thigh pain is gone...should I be concerned?  I am 56...no other symptoms.  If a clot, could it be moving?  It is only an ache.
