I woke up with a small red bump on my knuckle it almost appeared to be a bite from an spider,flea, etc.. Then turned like a pimple later and towards the evening there was another then this morning there was another they are soft red with a yellowish pus they don't itch but hurt
You'll want antibiotics for that. Insects carry lots of nasty diseases and treating it early is always better than treating it late.
