If it is embedded in your foot you have to go to the Doctor or surgery to have it removed if it is showing maybe use some tweezers like you would do with a splinter, the put antibiotic cream on it and a band aid ,it really is a matter of how much glass and how far in, getting a Doctor to take a look makes sense.
