I cut the tip off my finger off - post injury question

Hey there,

So around 2 months ago I was slicing a baguette and managed to slice the tip of my ring finger off.
I went straight to A&E and they paper stitched the hanging piece of skin back to my finger.
2 months later and the skin is all back but it's like a bump, and it hurts if you squeeze down on it, for example when I play guitar. It looks like a blister but I've had this for over a month and it hasn't gone down at all.
Does anyone know what I should do? I really just want my finger back :(

My mom would say soak it in epsom salts or salt water.
