Hi there. First let me say that I would NOT do this without doctor supervision. Side effects from withdrawal can be bad and you want a doctor to be aware of what you are doing. Are you on an extended release pill? That makes it a bit trickier. The key to tapering is going lower at a very slow pace and over a very long time.
