help me

i am suffering from headaches, nausea, abdominal pains, dizziness,lower back pains, fatigue,loss of weight, hearing loss, light headed, night sweats, loss of appetite and loss of breath...

You might need minerals.  Have you tried taking Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc?  These minerals are very important for our health.  We usually get enough from our diet, but if we change the way we eat, we can deplete these minerals.

yes i do have some of these symptoms..mostly are due to my chronic fatigue syndrome and anxiety but please go and see your doctor as i think you need blood tests.

Me too. All of them. They are stopped or greatly relieved in almost all cases by alprazolam (Xanax). I take it as needed, not routinely three times a day. .25 mg was enough. Now it's .50mg. There are many kinds of alprazolam, the basic ingredient.  your doc will tell you which to try first.
