Constipation does not normally produce soft stools.

The bloating may be caused by something that you are eating.

I suggest you make an appointment to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

I agree. Let a doctor take a look.
The more you put on top of an obstruction (if it is an obstruction) the more painful it becomes and difficult to treat. The bloating may just be in direct correlation to your added intake and not be part of the original issue.
Light exercise and really good, slow, easy stretching will help your organs process and let things move in your body.

You may have ibs. Go to your doctor. It could be a seriouse issue. You can try high fiber diet. I am ALWAYS constipated and feel nausouse and dont eat cause i stay backed up. I neep answers to that issue as well as you do. I have used supositories and sometimes it helps. Most of the time it does not. You may need an enima. Or you could try the fleet liquid glycerin supossitories. It WILL make you feel like your gonna blow either way but may break you loose in seconds. If that does not work or an enima does not work please go to your doctor. This issue is seriouse due to the backed up issue could result in more seriouse issues. Hope this helps you. Get better soon.
